These Terms of Use apply to everyone who uses mediatakipci.com (the “Site”, “MediaTakipci”, “we”), buys services on it with or without an account, or uses our API (the “User”, “you”). Please read them before you use the Site or place an order. When you order, the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contract Information, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy also apply.
1. What we provide
MediaTakipci provides engagement services such as followers, likes, views, shares and saves for the account or post you specify on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms. Services are performed electronically; no physical product is shipped.
MediaTakipci is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram or any other social media platform. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to say which platform a service is for.
2. Age and account
- You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or open an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give when you sign up or order.
- Keep your password and API key to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think your account is being used without permission, write to us at once.
- We never ask for the password of your social media accounts. Do not trust anyone who does.
3. Orders
- The link or username you order for must be correct; the account and the post must stay public, the username must not change and the post must not be deleted until the order is completed.
- Start and completion times shown on the Site are estimates. Orders are completed at the safest pace, not the fastest; times can change for reasons that come from the platforms.
- We may refuse orders for unlawful content or for the purposes listed in section 9. The price of a refused order that has not started is refunded.
4. Prices and payment
- The price that applies is the one shown on the page and in the order summary when you order. Later price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- You pay with the payment methods offered on the Site. Card details are processed by the payment institution; MediaTakipci does not store card details.
- An order starts after your payment is confirmed.
5. Balance (accounts)
- Balance you add to your account can only be used to buy services on the Site and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Balance is not deleted because an account is inactive for a long time.
- Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash. Refund rights you have by law are not affected; see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation, refunds and refills
On services marked Cancel enabled you can cancel your order at any time; the amount for the undelivered part is refunded. The details, the right of withdrawal and refill terms are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Permanence and results
- Social media platforms can change the counts on accounts under their own rules and checks. Unless a service description includes a refill, the permanence of delivered engagement is not guaranteed.
- Our services deliver engagement in numbers. No particular reach, sales, placement on the Explore page or other business result is guaranteed.
8. Platform rules and your responsibility
You are responsible for following the terms of the social media platforms. MediaTakipci cannot be held responsible for a platform’s decision about your account (such as a restriction, suspension or removal of content); this does not affect cases where liability cannot be limited by law. Do not present purchased engagement to others as organic interest.
9. Prohibited use
You may not order for, or use the Site for:
- unlawful content, hate speech, violence, harassment or content related to the abuse of children;
- illegal betting, gambling, fraud or misleading campaigns;
- accounts that belong to someone else, without the owner’s permission;
- payment methods that belong to someone else or are used without permission;
- attempts to break the Site’s security, abuse the system or run automated attacks.
In these cases we may refuse the order, suspend the account and inform the competent authorities. The price of orders that have not started is refunded.
10. Resellers and API users
- Users who sell our services to their own customers (resellers) are responsible to their own customers and may not give them guarantees that are not in these terms.
- Keep your API key secret; orders placed with your key are your orders.
- Users acting for business or professional purposes are not consumers; rights given to consumers apply to consumers only.
11. Limitation of liability (disclaimer)
We provide our services with care and in line with these terms. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the Site will run without interruption or errors or that a particular result will be achieved, and we accept no liability for indirect losses (such as loss of profit or reputation). In any case our liability is limited to the price of the order concerned. This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence, or to consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
12. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and software of the Site belong to MediaTakipci and may not be copied or used without permission.
13. Personal data
Your personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The current text is published on this page with its date; we also announce important changes to account holders by e-mail. Changes apply to orders placed after they take effect; orders already placed stay under the terms in force on the day they were placed.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers may take complaints, within the monetary limits in force on the date of application, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where they live or where the transaction was made, and in disputes above those limits to the Consumer Court after applying to a mediator.
