Answers to the questions we are asked most often. If you do not find what you
need here, you can reach us through a support ticket from your account area.
How do I start ordering?
Create an account, add funds to your balance and place an order from the New order page or through the API. The balance is prepaid: each order is charged when you place it. Running an SMM package site? Ask us for a test balance before your first deposit. Create an account
Which payment methods can I use?
Cryptocurrency, through the Add funds page in your account. PayPal is available for selected customers on request. Your balance updates automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Each payment method shows its own minimum and maximum amount on the Add funds page before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Each service shows an Average time on the services page. It is the median of its recent completed orders. A service our team tested in the last 3 days shows an estimate between 10 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes. A service with no orders in the last 5 days shows Not enough data. Treat the time as a guide, not a fixed commitment.
What do the Tested, Recommended, Cancel enabled and Most popular badges mean?
Tested: our team placed a real test order on the service; the badge shows when and disappears after 14 days without a new test. Recommended: picked by our team for a goal such as cheapest, fastest or highest quality. Cancel enabled: you can stop the order with Cancel remaining. Most popular: ordered most in the last 30 days.
How do I find the right service?
Use the service finder at the top of the services page: choose what matters to you (cheapest, fastest or highest quality), the platform and the service type, and it shows the service our team picked. Expand search narrows it by audience country, gender or natural growth.
What do the order statuses mean?
Pending: received, waiting to start. In progress or Processing: being delivered. Completed: fully delivered. Partial: only part was delivered and the rest was refunded to your balance. Canceled: not delivered and refunded. Refunded: the charge went back to your balance.
Can I spread an order over days for natural growth?
Yes. Services that support drip-feed let you split an order into runs with a time gap between them. Need a pace that is not listed, such as 100 followers a day? Tell us what you need and we set up the service in your panel.
Can I cancel an order?
On services marked Cancel enabled, press Cancel remaining on the order in your order list: the undelivered part goes back to your balance instantly, without a ticket. On other services you can send a cancel request from the order list or the API; whether it goes through depends on the service.
What happens if an order is only partly delivered?
The order is marked Partial and the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically. You do not need to open a ticket.
Do you offer refills?
No, refills are not offered. To keep control over an order, choose services marked Cancel enabled: you can stop them at any time and get the rest of the balance back.
Is there an API for resellers?
Yes. A standard SMM API with the actions services, add, status, cancel and balance, compatible with common SMM panels, bots and storefront scripts. Your API key is on your account page. Read the API documentation
Can I resell the services under my own brand?
Yes. Your customers order on your site or panel and never see ours. Connect through the API or place orders from your account, and set your own prices.
Do you work with agencies and social media managers?
Yes. Agencies use the panel for automatic likes on new posts, growth at a set pace and Cancel remaining when a client changes plans. See the SMM panel for agencies
What does Speed up do?
On services that offer it, Speed up on the order row sends a request to our team to push a slow order. It does not change the order by itself.
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket from the Tickets page in your account. Questions about an order go fastest when you include the order ID.
